    The solution is built on Wordpress Woocommerce software.

  2. Can I manage my orders from this system?
    Yes, there is a product management system, inventory management & order management which allows you to easily track and manage all orders.

  3. What payment gateways can integrate onto the platform?
    Payment integration is included in the package. The list of payment gateway integrations are available (not limited to this list):
    • Paypal
    • Stripe
    • Hitpay – Facilitate Paynow Function
    Under these payment gateways, all major credits can be accepted.

  4. Is digital marketing included in this package?
    Digital marketing is not part of the eCommerce PSG package. However, onsite Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is included in the package.

  5. How can I change my products on the website?
    There is a product management system for the admin to add, update, delete products on the website.

  6. What is included in the 1 year of maintenance?
    The following are included:
    • Unlimited bug fixes (*Only for existing code & functions that was delivered when Website went live)
    • Update of website files to upkeep with major browser compatibility updates
    • Server system updates & monitoring of server status (For clients hosted with Corsiva Lab)
    • Maintenance of DNS records & unlimited DNS records update (For clients whose DNS is with Corsiva Lab)
    • Monthly full site backup
    • Monthly checks for malware virus & removal (if any)
    • Monthly Wordpress version updates & processing of updates (if any)
    • Domain blacklisting monitoring
    • SSL, Domain, Hosting renewal status monitoring

  7. Is there any charges thereafter?
    You will need to pay for Domain and Hosting.

    2. Hosting : $240/year
