1. Data Roaming Alert (“Service”) is available to all M1 postpaid customers only (excluding Enterprise customers).

• The Service’s usage alerts are activated upon reaching 50% and 100% of the $100 Data Roaming Cap limit.
• Data roaming usage will stop once limit is reached.
Other plans
• The Service's usage SMS alerts are activated at S$50, S$100 and S$200.
• For customers who are using Multi-SIMs, the Service's SMS Alerts will only be sent to the customer's Primary SIM.
2. The Service’s usage alerts are based on prevailing retail rates and/or promotional rates for data roaming subscription and/or pay-per-use roaming services (as may be applicable) and reflect an estimate of the customer's actual data roaming charges, alerts may be delayed for various reasons and actual usage may be higher than at the point of customer's receipt of the alerts.
3. Subject to Clause 5 hereinbelow, the Service will be provided free of charge, and is based on each customer's billing cycle.4. Any access or use of the Service via My M1 APP or My M1+ App by customer while roaming overseas may incur data charges which will be chargeable at prevailing rates.
4. The Service allows the activation of subscription roaming services and Pay-Per-Use Roaming services (with or without data roaming services). Prevailing charges will apply.
5. The Service will be provided free of charge and is based on each customer's billing cycle.
6. The Service allows the activation of subscription roaming services and pay-per-use roaming services (without or without data roaming services). Prevailing charges will apply.
7. For the avoidance of doubt:
a. Customer shall be responsible for any data usage incurred (i) before and/or after the SMS alert; or (ii) is not captured by the SMS alert; and
b. M1 shall not be liable if, for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, the Service is delayed and/or the customer fails to receive the Service or the SMS alerts at any time;
The Service is provided by M1 independent of all other M1 data roaming-related services. Should the customer wish to terminate the Service, the customer must explicitly request to opt out of the Service, failing which the Service will continue to remain active in the customer's account.
9. All services are subject to M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
1. S$100 Data Roaming Cap Service ("Service") is free and is available to postpaid customers only.
2. The Service will be provided based on each customer's billing cycle.
3. For customers not on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only, the $100 usage limit ("Cap") for the Service will be reset in the following instances:
Upon reactivation of the Service;
At the start of each new billing cycle.
4. For customers on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only, the $100 usage limit for the Service will be reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
5. Upon suspension of Data Roaming services, data related services (e.g. MMS) will not be available while roaming.
6. The total Data Roaming charges indicated in the customer's Monthly Bill (hard/soft copy) will depend on various factors, including but not limited to:
The number of times the customers opt-in for the Service within a single billing cycle, and;
The applicable Data Roaming charges when customers opt-out of, or before customers opt-in to the Service.
* Note that there is no opt-in required for Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only.
7. Computation of the Cap is based on prevailing Data Roaming rate for customers on Roaming Subscription or Pay-Per-Use Roaming (refer to www.m1.com.sg for prevailing data roaming rates).
8. Preferential corporate data roaming rates will not be applicable in the computation of the Cap. Customers who are entitled to such preferential rates and who have subscribed to the Service may have his/her Data Roaming services suspended/cut off once roaming data usage reaches the Cap based on non-corporate rates
9. Data Roaming services may be suspended/cut off in the event that the Cap is reached in a billing cycle. Customer not on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only may deactivate the Service to resume Data Roaming services without the Cap.
10. Computation of the Cap for customers roaming on Norway MCP (Cruise) will be based on the rate of $3.90 for the first 100KB and subsequently, $0.39 per 10KB thereafter for customers with Roaming Subscriptions, and $4.68 for the first 100KB and subsequently, $0.468 per 10KB thereafter for Pay-Per-Use Roaming customers.
11. Customers may not receive pre-termination and termination SMS alerts through certain devices (e.g. laptops, mobile broadband modem, tablets, etc) and under certain circumstances (e.g. handset is not switched on, foreign network conditions, etc.)
12. For customers who have subscribed to Multi-SIMs, SMS alerts will only be sent to the Primary SIM.
13. The Service will apply to all data usage (with the exception of usage on Data Passport) regardless of whether such Data Roaming services are offered as part of a bundled offer and/or with other discounts/promotions, and the Service will be based on Singapore Time, which is GMT +8. For example, Data Roaming usage at Partner Networks will be converted to Singapore Time for computation of Cap.
14. The Service is independent of all other Data Roaming related services. Customer is required to explicitly opt out of the Service, failing which the Service will remain active in his/her account.
