NumberShare ​

  1. Customers (including Corporate Individual customers) who are not on Multi-SIM and are on the following mobile plans are eligible for M1 NumberShare Service (‘Service’)::
    • Bespoke SIM-Only
    • Bespoke Contract
    • Bespoke Flexi
    • Bespoke Family Line
    • Bespoke SIM-only (Business)
    • Bespoke Contract (Business)
    • Bespoke Flexi (Business)


    However, customers whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name and Prepaid customers are not eligible for this Service.
    Customers on Multi-SIM service will have to terminate their Multi-SIM subscription before enjoying this Service.
    Customers on non-Bespoke plans with 5GO Plus Booster are not eligible for this Service. 

     

  2. The following is a list of compatible cellular watches and phones:
    • Apple Watch Series 3 and later (GPS and cellular) with watch OS 6.1 or later and iPhone 6s or later (iOS 13.2 or later with Carrier setting updated to 39.1 or later)
    • Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE or later and any Samsung smartphone with Android 10 or later
       
  3. Each mobile line can only have one NumberShare Service Subscription.

  4. There is no activation charge and no minimum subscription period for the Service. Once subscribed to the Service, customers will be charged $7.03/mth till they terminate the service. A one-time SIM card charge of $38.15 applies.

  5. The talktime and data bundle from your mobile plan, including Add-ons, unless otherwise stated, will be shared with your Apple or Samsung Watch. Any excess usage will be charged in accordance with the excess usage charges for your mobile plan.

  6. Free 6 months Subscription Promotion (‘Promotion’) is for new subscribers of this Service only. Promotion is limited to one per new sign-up and will start upon successful subscription to the Service with M1. Thereafter, the recurring monthly subscription charges for the Service at the prevailing rates shall apply until the Subscriber terminates his subscription to the Service.
    • Customer can unsubscribe to or suspend the Service at any point during the free 6-month period.
    • Recurring monthly subscription charges for the Service at the prevailing rates shall apply thereafter should customers re-subscribe to or resume service.
       
  7. Roaming will not be enabled for this Service even if you have enabled roaming on your mobile phone, number or plan.

  8. Customers cannot transfer this Service to another mobile number even if they are the registered subscriber of the other mobile number.

  9. A termination of your mobile number / mobile plan or a change in mobile plan to an ineligible plan will result in the termination of Service.

  10. A suspension of your mobile number / mobile plan will result in the suspension of Service. The Service will resume once your mobile number / mobile plan is back in service.

  11. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for the Promotion cannot be cashed in and cannot be used to offset other promotions.

  12. All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
