“Get S$200 off any Handset with M1” promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable with new sign-up, port-in or re-contract for any Handset with any Bespoke Flexi / Bespoke Flexi(Business) or 2- year Bespoke Contract/Bespoke Contract(Business) plans.
Promotion is valid for all M1 CONSUMER / CORI /CORPORATE customers.
Promotion is valid from 22 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), or such earlier date once the Promotion is fully redeemed or otherwise as determined by M1 and Citi.

To enjoy this Promotion, customers must purchase and make full payment for a Handset with a valid Citi M1 Credit Card issued in Singapore, and sign-up a new line, port-in or re-contract on a Bespoke Flexi/Bespoke Flexi(Business) plan or 2-year Bespoke Contract/Bespoke Contract(Business) plan with M1 within the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is only applicable to Citi M1 Credit Cardmembers who make payment for Handset with an Eligible Citi M1 Credit Card at the point-of-sale terminal at the physical M1 Shop, and present their physical Citi M1 Credit Card to the M1 retail staff at the time of payment.
Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per customer and subject to the first four hundred (400) redemptions over the Promotion Period.
Promotion will be awarded at point of new sign-up/port-in/re-contract. However, M1 reserves the right to claw back the S$200 and will charge such amount to the customer’s bill in the event the customer is deemed to have not fulfilled any criteria under this Promotion.
Promotion is not transferable and is only valid with new sign-up, port-in or re-contracting line which the Handset is purchased with.
Promotion cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any other promotions.
This promotion and all services provided by M1 are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for the Promotion at any time in its discretion in the event of such customer’s breach or suspected breach of any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such customer whatsoever.
Citi and M1 reserve the right to vary any terms or conditions of the Promotion. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
Citi shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citi shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by M1 or Citi of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Citi for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Citi’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
“Citi” or “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
