Multi-SIM

Multi-SIM service is available on Bespoke SIM-Only, Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and CORI (Business) are eligible.

Customers can subscribe to a maximum of 2 additional SIM cards per line. Each Multi-SIM subscription is limited to one user only and subscriptions are strictly non-transferable.

When roaming, simultaneous access by Multi-SIMs may not be available to certain partner networks. Customers should ensure that all their SIM cards are logged onto the specific partner networks/countries before beginning data roaming usage to utilize roaming promotions and benefits, otherwise the non-discounted Data Roaming rates may apply.

In the event of any fraudulent use or misuse of the service determined at M1's sole discretion, M1 reserves the right to terminate this service without prior notice to you.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any of the M1 General Terms and Conditions and any of these terms and conditions herein or other terms and conditions that apply to you, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
