- The HONOR WATCH 5 and 1-year extended Warranty, valued at $199 and $119 respectively, are available while stocks last and is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible device purchased.
- The HONOR WATCH 5 (the “Device”) is open to both Consumer and Corporate individual customers.
- The Device, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits. In addition, M1 Limited (“M1”) makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Device, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Device.
- The Device is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant supplier of the Device, which you agree to be bound by. Any issues with the Device, would be between you and the supplier and/or its authorised agent.
- You agree to release and hold harmless M1, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion or receipt or use of any Device.
All disputes related to this promotion will be settled in M1’s sole discretion
