Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on Promotion

  • Free 2 months Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on (“Data Add-on”) Promotion is valid for new sign-ups to Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract :
  • The promotion is provisioned at the point of sign-up / port-in.
  • Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of $6.12 will apply.
  • Subscription and promotion will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
  • Customers who choose to subscribe to the Add-on at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.
  • Promotion is valid till further notice. Promotions cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotion cannot be exchanged for any benefit-in-kind.

Unlimited Weekend Data and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack Promotion

  • Promotion is applicable for new sign-ups and change of plan to any Bespoke SIM-only.
  • To enjoy the free Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack promotion, you must subscribe for both add-ons together upon sign up/re-contract.
  • Prevailing subscription for Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack of $6.12 per month and $10.19 per month will apply respectively after the promotion.
  • Promotion is valid till further notice.
  • There is no pro-ration of subscription and promotion under any circumstances.
  • Customers who choose to subscribe to one or both of the Add-ons at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.
  • You may unsubscribe for these add-ons via My M1+ App only. The discounts for both add-ons will cease upon termination of either Add-on.

  • Unlimited Weekend Data is applicable for local usage only and is not applicable for Data Passport.
  • Promotional Data will only be effective from the time of activation and will not offset any excess data charges incurred prior to activation time.
  • Free unlimited local data will apply from Saturday 0000 to Sunday 2359. “Unlimited” data usage is restricted to reasonable personal use locally, and for non-commercial purposes only. Fair usage policy of 10GB local data applies. When daily usage exceeds 10GB, speed limit of 1Mbps will be imposed. The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours the next day. For avoidance of doubt, our Traffic Management Policy available at m1.com.sg/tmp will apply.

Free Caller Number Display Promotion

  • Free 2 months Caller Number Display is valid for new customers on Bespoke SIM-Only, Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract till further notice:
  • Promotion is valid for new customers who sign up Bespoke SIM-Only 150GB, 300GB and 350GB Plan online.
  • Free 2 months promotion is provisioned at the point of sign-up / port-in.
  • Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of $5.45 will apply, and will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
  • Customers who choose to subscribe to the Add-on at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.

  • Waiver of new line registration fee, SIM card fee is valid for new sign-ups on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only.
  • Promotion is valid online till further notice. Promotions cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for these offers will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg.   • 50% off Bundle Packs Promotion is valid for new sign-ups and re-contracts to Bespoke Contract.
  • For eligible customers, 50% off monthly subscription of Bundle Packs will be valid at point of sign up, re-contract or change of bill plan.

  • Bespoke SIM only and Family Plan customers will enjoy 6 months of FREE 5G and thereafter enjoy at discounted price of $2.08 per month until further notice (U.P. $5.09)

Trade-in terms and conditions

  • Check that your eligible trade in device meets the following criteria:
    • Device must be in good working condition.
    • No cosmetic damage i.e no broken casing, screen, severe scratch, wear and tear or corrosion.
    • No liquid damage.
    • Device must be able to power on and off.
    • Any applicable phone lock (password or finger print) must be disabled.
    • Device must be able to be charged.
    • When device is powered on, the display must be clear and fully visible.
    • Device does not have any missing or non-original parts.
    • Device is not registered on any applicable stolen or lost property database.
  • Devices with defects will not be accepted. Example of defects that may affect your participation in the trade-in program are as below:
    • Device cannot be powered on
    • Touch screen is not functioning
    • Device has sign of corrosion
    • Device has burnt/discoloured screen
    • Device has missing parts
  • Other device accessories (including your device adaptors, USB cables etc) are not required to be handed in.  
  • Please ensure that you :-
    • Sign out from all apps and services
    • Turn off automatic login features (Face ID, Touch ID, Screen/Pin ID)
    • Turn off Find My iPhone, iCloud and Google accounts
    • Back up and delete all data, reset to factory settings & remove SIM card/SD card, on your old working device before handing over your device to us. M1 shall not be liable for any loss in data related to the trade-in.
  • M1 reserves the right to reject any trade-in at our sole discretion.



Exclusive SAFRA Promotions

  • Free 10GB Promotion is applicable to new sign-ups, re-contracting customers or change of plan to Bespoke SIM-only plans for the first 12 months. Free 10GB data promotion will not be sharable across any of the lines under Bespoke Family plan.
  • $100 off Handset Promotion is applicable for new sign-ups, re-contracting customers to Bespoke Flexi or Bespoke Contract plans.
  • All promotions valid for SAFRA members who are signing up for the Bespoke plans. Proof of M1 subscriber’s SAFRA membership must be provided at point of sign-up or re-contract (as may be applicable).
  • Promotion will cease upon cessation of Bespoke plans.

  • ‘iPhone On Us’ Promotion (the “Promotion”) is applicable for customers with Port-in or recontract on Bespoke Flexi plan with unlimited data, 1,000 mins and 300 SMS. Monthly subscription of $69.95 for iPhone 16 Pro Max, 256GB or $64.95 for iPhone 16 Pro, 256GB, or $59.95 for iPhone 16 Plus, 128GB or $54.95 for iPhone 16, 128GB or $49.95 for iPhone 16e, 128GB, includes Monthly Device Payment Period of 36 months. Under this Promotion, customers may trade-in eligible handsets to offset against the purchase of a new iPhone 16 Pro Max, 256GB or iPhone 16 Pro, 256GB or iPhone 16 Plus, 128GB or iPhone 16, 128GB or iPhone 16e, 128GB at the point of sign-up or recontract and will not be exchangeable for cash.
  • Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on the port-in or re-contracting line which the handset is purchased with.

  • Temporary suspension of the Bespoke Flexi plan under this Promotion prior to completing the full term is not allowed for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the mobile device. 
  • Customers on this Promotion plan are not allowed to modify local data and minutes entitlement of their plan during the 36 months term. 
  • If customers were to terminate or renew their plan to another eligible plan before completing the 36 months term, customers shall make full payment of their current device outstanding balance (the monthly payment x remaining term) and any handset discount recovery charges (if applicable). 
  • All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.
  • Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to remain valid, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

  • This $11/$16 off 100GB Bespoke Flexi plan for 36 months promotion is only valid for selected customers. Selected customers who receive this Promotion offer must re-contract on eligible bill plans by the date stated in M1’s SMS /EDM / App notification for this promotion in order to enjoy this Promotion; thereafter this promotion shall lapse.    
  • The $11/$16 off discount is only valid for re-contracts that is purchased with the customer’s M1 Bespoke Flexi 100GB plan. . All handset models are subject to availability of stocks. For eligible customers who re-contract through eShop, the discount from the given voucher under this promotion may not be reflected immediately at the point of online payment; in such case, the discount will be reflected subsequently in the transaction receipt to be provided to the customer at the point of delivery or collection of the purchased handset.
  • The $11/$16 discount is only applicable to customers who meet the eligibility requirements to sign up for Bespoke Flexi/Bespoke Flexi (Business) plan at the time of sign up.

  • This promotion (including eligibility for this promotion) is not transferable.   • This $100/250/$300 Handset Voucher Promotion is only valid for selected existing SIMO customers. Selected SIMO customers who receive this Promotion offer must re-contract on eligible bill plans by the date stated in M1’s SMS /EDM / App notification for this promotion in order to enjoy this Promotion; thereafter this promotion shall lapse. 
  • The $250/$300 Handset Voucher Promotion is only valid for re-contracts on Bespoke Contract $79.95 plan, while the $100 Handset Voucher is only valid for re-contracts on Bespoke Contract $62.95 plan
  • The $100/$250/$300 Handset Voucher Promotion is not valid for CIS or Corporate customers.
  • Under this Promotion, eligible re-contracting SIMO customers will enjoy $100/$250/$300 off any handset that is purchased with the customer’s M1 Bespoke Contract plan. All handset models are subject to availability of stocks. For eligible customers who re-contract through eShop, the discount from the given voucher under this promotion may not be reflected immediately at the point of online payment; in such case, the discount will be reflected subsequently in the transaction receipt to be provided to the customer at the point of delivery or collection of the purchased handset.

Worldwide Roaming

  • The M1 Worldwide Roaming service (“Service”) will be activated on the   selected Bespoke service plans, for use in the selected Worldwide Roaming   country and on the applicable partner network.
  • The M1 Worldwide Roaming service (“Service”) will be activated on the   selected Bespoke service plans, for use in the selected Worldwide Roaming   country and on the applicable partner network
  • Usage in excess of the data bundles will be charged at   the individual country's Daily Passport rates with a data bill cap at $100 to prevent bill shock.
  • When a mobile service plan is subscribed to the Service and Roaming Data   Bundles concurrently, only usage of the Service on partner networks will   apply until the monthly data bill cap is reached. Data roaming usage on   non-partner networks will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile   data charges, if applicable.
  • Service is embedded in the selected Bespoke service plan and is not   removable. No activation required and you may use data roaming when you reach   the selected country under Worldwide Roaming coverage.
  • When Worldwide Roaming data bundle depleted, Daily Passport for the country   visited will be auto-activated. Upon Service activation, $2.95 / $3.95 /   $7.95 activation fee per selected Daily Passport will be charged  respectively.
  • Daily Passport may only be activated if you do not have an existing Data   Passport of the same country or regional Service. To illustrate, if you have   activated a Data Passport for Thailand, you may not activate a Daily Passport   for Thailand until the Data Passport for Thailand is de-activated.
  • You may activate Data Passport if you have an existing Daily Passport of the   same country. To illustrate, if you are on an existing Daily Passport for   Thailand, you may subscribe to Data Passport for Thailand (country or   region). Data Passport data (include excess data) and charges will take   precedence after Data Passport subscription.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, GST does not apply on the Service activation fee   and subscription fees. The Service activation fee and subscription fees will   not be pro-rated in any circumstances.
  • Usage of the Service will require activation of voice, SMS and data roaming.   Upon Service activation, you are deemed to have agreed to activate these   roaming services on your mobile plan for use with the Service (as may be   applicable). Termination of these roaming services will automatically   de-activate the Service.
  • These M1 Worldwide Roaming Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall take effect   upon Service activation and shall continue until the Service is terminated.   M1 reserves the right to terminate any subscription for lawful reasons at any   time and M1 will, where practicable, give notice of such termination in such   form as M1 deems appropriate.
  • M1 reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms from time to time upon   notice in such manner as M1 deems appropriate, which may include publication   of such amended Terms on www.m1.com.sg. You are encouraged to check back   periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such amendments. Your   continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of these Terms   as may be amended.
