How does Overseas Incoming Call Barring work?
When you activate this service, incoming calls from foreign numbers will be blocked. However, if the caller is in Singapore and is on M1’s service using 3G, the call will go through.
Note: Example of calls with local numbers routing from international gateways are numbers spoofed to mimic Singapore numbers which originate from overseas instead of Singapore networks

Incoming SMS from foreign numbers will be blocked once you’ve activated the feature.
