Bespoke SIM-only plans with Unlimited Data
Upon exceeding the monthly local data capacity of 150GB (including Data Passport usage, if any), we may, without any prior notification to you, impose a speed limit of 1Mbps on the applicable Service(s). The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours on your next billing cycle.
Bespoke Contract and Bespoke Flexi plans with Unlimited Data
Upon exceeding the monthly local data capacity of 200GB (including Data Passport usage, if any), we may, without any prior notification to you, impose a speed limit of 1Mbps on the applicable Service(s). The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours on your next billing cycle.
Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on for Bespoke Plans
In respect of customers who are on plans with unlimited weekend data and whose daily data usage on the weekends exceeds 20GB, we may, without any prior notification to you, impose a speed limit of 1Mbps on the applicable Service(s). The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours on the next day.
Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on for other M1 plans
In respect of customers who are on plans with unlimited weekend data and whose daily data usage on the weekends exceeds 10GB, we may, without any prior notification to you, impose a speed limit of 512kbps on the applicable Service(s). The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours on the next day.
