1. Roaming tariffs, destinations offerings and networks on all promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Local data charge of S$0.11/10KB applies for data usage while roaming, applicable to all data enabled networks and promotions for postpaid customers. This charge is not applicable for Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only and Family Plan.
   
3. SMS charge of 5.40¢ applies for each roaming SMS sent to Singapore numbers (or deducted from mobile plan bundle), in addition to the prevailing roaming SMS charge.
   
4. SMS charge of 15.14¢ applies for each roaming SMS sent to non-Singapore numbers, in addition to the prevailing roaming SMS charge.
   
5. All non-business registered postpaid customers (above the age of 15) are automatically provided with Pay-Per-Use Roaming (Voice & SMS service). Roaming services are not available for foreigners holding work permit, dependent pass, long term visit pass or student pass.
   
6. Pay Per Use Roaming customers are charged 20% more on top of prevailing roaming rates or promotional rates
   
7. All roaming tariffs are in Singapore Dollars and are not subjected to GST.
   
8. Daily usage on data roaming charges will be displayed in Singapore time GMT +8.
   
9. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions for the Service. All amendments will be published online at www.m1.com.sg and you agree that such publication is sufficient notice to you of such changes. Please check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such changes. You will be deemed to have accepted the changes by your continued use of the Service.
   
10. We may, at our sole discretion, extend help and assistance to you beyond the Service as an act of goodwill but shall in no event be obliged to provide the same. The provision of such help and assistance shall in no event be deemed an acknowledgement and/or acceptance of any liability on M1's part.
    
11. No delay or failure by M1 to take any action or to enforce or exercise any of its rights under the terms and conditions of the Agreement will operate as a waiver of such rights by M1, nor will such failure or delay in any way prejudice or affect M1's rights at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with its rights under such terms and conditions.
    
12. All services are subject to M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
    

1.  The M1 Data Passport service (“Service”) may be activated on the following service plans, for use with the bundled local data for data roaming in the selected Data Passport country and on the applicable preferred network.
   
   
2. For customers on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, Bespoke Family, Bespoke SurfValue, the Service may also be activated for use with local data bundles from the service plan, add-ons such as 5Go Access, Bundle Pack and promotional data as applicable on selected Bespoke plans. For customers on other plans, the Service may also be activated for use with local data bundles from the data benefits from Partner Benefits and Senior Benefits plans.
   
   
3. Data roaming usage in selected Data Passport countries on the applicable preferred network will be converted and deducted from the local data bundles, during which there must be an active and valid subscription of the Service on your mobile/mobile broadband service plan. Daily usage is based on real time tracking. Data roaming usage in selected Data Passport countries on non-preferred networks or without a valid Data Passport subscription will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile data charges.
   
   

   Mobile Plans	Charges and Bill Cap
   Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, Bespoke Family, Bespoke SurfValue​	Data Passport usage from your plan and Plan Add-ons / Bundle Packs (if any) in excess of 15GB will be charged at $12.22/GB.

    
4. Usage in excess of the local data bundles will be charged at local rates with a data bill cap (if applicable) in accordance with usage charges specified for the respective mobile plans, value-added services and data benefits.
   
   
5. When a mobile/mobile broadband service plan is subscribed to the Service and Roaming Data Bundles concurrently, only usage of the Service on preferred networks will apply as the local data bundle will be utilized until the monthly data bill cap is reached. Data roaming usage on non-preferred networks will be deducted from Roaming Data Bundles, if applicable.
   
   
6. You may activate or terminate the Service via My M1 App/My M1+ App. You will receive a confirmation notification upon service activation and/or de-activation. Upon receiving a confirmation notification on Service activation, local data bundles may be used for data roaming.
   
   
7. Upon Service activation, a one-time Service activation fee of $5 in addition to $15 / $35 / $65 subscription fee per selected Data Passport will be charged respectively
   
   
8. For the avoidance of doubt, GST does not apply on the Service activation fee and subscription fees. The Service activation fee and subscription fees will not be pro-rated in any circumstances.
   
   
9. Usage of the Service will require activation of voice, SMS and data roaming. Upon Service activation, you are deemed to have agreed to activate these roaming services on your mobile plan for use with the Service (as may be applicable). Termination of these roaming services are not permitted.
   
   
10. These M1 Data Passport Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall take effect upon Service activation and shall continue until the Service is terminated. M1 reserves the right to terminate any subscription for lawful reasons at any time and M1 will, where practicable, give notice of such termination in such form as M1 deems appropriate.
    
    
11. M1 reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms from time to time upon notice in such manner as M1 deems appropriate, which may include publication of such amended Terms on www.m1.com.sg. You are encouraged to check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such amendments. Your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of these Terms as may be amended.
    
    
12. The Data Passport service is provided subject to your compliance with these terms, M1’s General Terms and Conditions, the specific terms and conditions for use of Mobile/Mobile Broadband services as applicable, and the specific terms and conditions for use of Roaming Services as stated on www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any applicable terms and conditions, such conflict and inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Laws.
    
    
13. Recurring Data Passport will be valid on a monthly recurring basis until de-activated.
    
    
14. Should you successfully subscribe for Data Passport on 30 June, the last day of Service will fall on 29 July.
    
    
15. However, if you activate Data Passport on an ‘end-of-month’ day which does not exist in the subsequent shorter month, Data Passport will last until a day before the last day of the subsequent shorter month. As a further illustration, should you successfully subscribe on 31 January, the last day of Service will fall on 27 February (on a non-leap year) and 28 February (on a leap year). Should you successfully subscribe on 31 March, the last day of Service will fall on 29 April.

1. The M1 Daily Passport service (“Service”) may be activated on the following service plans, for use in the selected Daily Passport country and on the applicable partner network.​

2. For customers on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, Bespoke Family, Bespoke SurfValue, the Service may also be activated for use with add-ons such as 5G Booster, Bundle Pack and promotional data as applicable on selected Bespoke plans. ​

3. Data roaming usage in selected Daily Passport countries on the applicable partner network is based on 24 hours from activation. Daily usage is based on real time tracking. Data roaming usage in selected Daily Passport countries on non-partner networks or without a valid Daily Passport subscription will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile data charges.

 4. Usage in excess of the data bundles will be charged at the same rates with a data bill cap in accordance with usage charges specified for the respective mobile plans, value-added services and data benefits.​

5. When a mobile/mobile broadband service plan is subscribed to the Service and Roaming Data Bundles concurrently, only usage of the Service on partner networks will apply until the monthly data bill cap is reached. Data roaming usage on non-partner networks will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile data charges, if applicable.​

6. You may activate or terminate the Service via My M1+ App. You will receive a confirmation notification upon service activation and/or de-activation. Upon receiving a confirmation notification on Service activation, you may use data roaming when you reach the destination.​

7. Upon Service activation with a one-time subscription fee of $4.95 in additional to $2.95 / $3.95 / $7.95 activation fee per selected Daily Passport will be charged respectively. The $4.95 fee is applicable only on the month you travel with data roaming usage is detected.​

8. You may only activate a Daily Passport if you do not have an existing Data Passport of the same country or regional Service. To illustrate, if you have activated a Data Passport for Thailand, you may not subscribe to a Daily Passport for Thailand until the Data Passport for Thailand has expired or is de-activated.​

9. You may activate Data Passport if you have an existing Daily Passport of the same country. To illustrate, if you are on an existing Daily Passport for Thailand, you may subscribe to Data Passport for Thailand (country or region). Data Passport data (include excess data) and charges will take precedence after Data Passport subscription.​

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any applicable terms and conditions, such conflict and inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Laws.​

1. The M1 Worldwide Roaming service (“Service”) will be activated on the selected Bespoke service plans, for use in the selected Worldwide Roaming country and on the applicable partner network.​

2. Data roaming usage in selected Worldwide Roaming countries on the applicable partner network is based on real time tracking. Data roaming usage in selected Worldwide Roaming countries on non-partner networks is not allowed.

3. Usage in excess of the data bundles will be charged at the individual country's Daily Passport rates with a data bill cap at $100 to prevent bill shock.

4. When a mobile service plan is subscribed to the Service and Roaming Data Bundles concurrently, only usage of the Service on partner networks will apply until the monthly data bill cap is reached. Data roaming usage on non-partner networks will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile data charges, if applicable.​

5. Service is embedded in the selected Bespoke service plan and is not removable. No activation required and you may use data roaming when you reach the selected country under Worldwide Roaming coverage.​

6. When Worldwide Roaming data bundle depleted, Daily Passport for the country visited will be auto-activated. Upon Service activation, $2.95 / $3.95 / $7.95 activation fee per selected Daily Passport will be charged respectively.

7. Daily Passport may only be activated if you do not have an existing Data Passport of the same country or regional Service. To illustrate, if you have activated a Data Passport for Thailand, you may not activate a Daily Passport for Thailand until the Data Passport for Thailand is de-activated.​

8. You may activate Data Passport if you have an existing Daily Passport of the same country. To illustrate, if you are on an existing Daily Passport for Thailand, you may subscribe to Data Passport for Thailand (country or region). Data Passport data (include excess data) and charges will take precedence after Data Passport subscription.​

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any applicable terms and conditions, such conflict and inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Laws.​

1. Network Lock is a complimentary feature to protects customers from unintended data roaming usage on non-preferred networks.

2. Network Lock will be automatically provisioned to your Postpaid Mobile/Mobile Broadband Plan when you activate data roaming service.

3. When Network Lock is activated in any of the countries on the Network Lock List, Data Roaming will be enabled only on the preferred networks, as stated.

4. However, if you are on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only and Bespoke Family Plan. Data Roaming will automatically be enabled on the preferred networks.

5. When Network Lock is activated in countries not listed on the Network Lock List, Data Roaming will be enabled on any available roaming network.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Network Lock feature is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and you accept that your access or use of Data Roaming services are at your own risk. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws, M1 has excluded, and continues to exclude all statutory or tortious liability (save for death or personal injury arising out of negligence) and disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. M1 has does not represent or warrant that the Data Roaming services will be provided uninterrupted or be available at all times or free from defects, errors or viruses or that any identified defect can be corrected. To the extent M1 provides you with assistance in connection with any of the above, such assistance shall in no event be deemed an acknowledgement and/or acceptance of any liability on M1's part. Any waivers offered to you by M1 in its discretion shall be out of goodwill.
