- Fibre Broadband (“Fibre Promotions”): 2Gbps(1+1Gbps) Promotion is only open to eligible new customers without a current service contract who sign-up on M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) plan during the Promotional Period. A 24-month service commitment contract applies on the M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) plan. The promotional subscription rate of $53/month (inclusive of 8% GST) for the M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) service under this promotion is only valid for 24 months commencing from the service activation date; thereafter, applicable non-discounted rate for the M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) service will apply. M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) service offers an aggregated maximum throughput of 2Gbps per residential address based on concurrent download connections via two (2) network ports connected with the same Optical Network Terminal (ONT). Each network port allows maximum throughput of 1Gbps and each port is assigned one (1) IP address. Eligible new customers who sign-up for 24-months M1 Fibre Broadband 2Gbps (1+1Gbps) may receive either a free ASUS ZenWifi XD6S/XD6, Linksys Atlas Pro 6 Wifi Mesh or TP-Link Deco X50 Wifi Mesh or ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 Wireless AX router or TP-Link Archer AX11000, valid only at point of sign-up. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that this Promotion is not valid with and is not eligible for stacking with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions. If for any reason the promotional items/premiums under this Promotion is taken together with or stacked with any other discount or promotion, M1 reserves the right to at any time remove the customer’s eligibility for the free item or to remove such other stacked promotional benefits, items and/or discounts, at M1’s sole discretion.

The promotional subscription rate of $36.50/month (inclusive of 8% GST) for the M1 Fibre Broadband 1Gbps service under this promotion is only valid for 24 months commencing from the service activation date; thereafter, applicable non-discounted rate for the M1 Fibre Broadband 1Gbps service will apply. Under this promotion, each eligible new sign-up or re-contract may receive a free TP-Link Archer AX72 or ASUS-RT-AX3000P Wireless AX router, valid only at point of sign-up.

- “Trust Bank Credit or Debit Card” refers to all Trust Bank Credit or Debit Cards issued in Singapore.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
- M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for these Promotions at any time in its discretion in the event of such customer’s breach or suspected breach of any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such customer whatsoever.
- Customers agree that their personal data may be collected and disclosed by M1 for the purpose of verification by Trust Bank of their eligibility for these Promotions.
- Trust Bank and M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
- Trust Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, Trust Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of these Promotions shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Trust Bank for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with these Promotions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Trust Bank’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to these Promotions will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers.
