Fixed Voice Number Reservation

 

1.Number reservation is open to all new and existing M1 customers on a first-come-first-served basis. Upon successful reservation of the number:

  1. Existing M1 customers must go down personally to any M1 Customer Service Centre to make payment for the reserved number (where applicable) and for the change of fixed voice number to be effected.
  2. For new Fibre Broadband sign-ups, customers must go down personally to any M1 Shop or M1 Exclusive Distributor to make payment for the reserved number (where applicable).

2. Customers must make the number reservation with the same NRIC / FIN number which is or will be used for the existing fixed voice number / new Fibre Broadband sign-up.

3. Once a successful number reservation has been made, no changes to the number reservation are allowed.

4. Each customer is entitled to make reservations for up to a maximum of 2 numbers for 14 days from the time of successful reservation. Reserved numbers which are not signed-up by 2359 hours on the 14th day will be released into the available number pool for selection by others.

5. A one-time fee of $32.40 will be charged for existing M1 customers making a number change to a “Normal” category number. The fee will be waived for existing M1 customers who have purchased an Auspicious Number for the number change.

6. Prices are inclusive of 8% GST and are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.

7. M1 reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein and/or of any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. All services are subject to M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws
