This is a single conversational portal to achieve real-time omnichannel communication across the different supported social messenger apps including WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WeChat, Line, Viber, and social collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Slack, WeChat Work, as well as CISCO Webex. You also have an optional add-on to include an auto-fallback in message delivery via SMS.

Early termination charge:
You will automatically forfeit the one-time set-up fee and monthly/annual fees.
If there is (are) monthly/annual fee(s) accrued or outstanding, the applicant is liable for such fee(s) regardless of early service termination.

 

 

 

  1. How do I start using SendQuick Conversa?
    TalariaX will assist you throughout the entire onboarding process. It will typically start off with a submission of the sign-up form, then the application of the social accounts and end off with TalariaX’s creation of SendQuick Conversa account for your SME to login and use.
  2. Does the company need to download any app?
    No need.
  3. Can SendQuick Conversa be used on any computer, at any time?
    Yes.
  4. Does the SME need to have a Facebook Business Account to use SendQuick Conversa?
    Yes, this is required for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger only.
  5. What are the available payment options?
    Only via credit cards. Visa, MasterCard and American Express is accepted.
