- I have reserved iPhone 4 with M1. When will I receive an email to collect my iPhone?
We will inform you through email as soon as new stocks arrive. Please check your email inbox regularly for updates and ensure that the sender “M1 iPhone” is not blocked in your email security settings.
- I have reserved iPhone 4 with M1. Can I use a friend’s ID to reserve another set for myself?
Due to limited stocks, each customer is entitled to reserve / purchase only one iPhone 4. The reservation / eDM is not transferable as you need to sign a 2-year contract under the registered ID / name in your Reservation Form / eDM.
- Can I amend my reservation or visit a different M1 Shop from the pre-selected M1 Shop in my reservation form?
Prior to receiving a notification to inform you that new stocks have arrived, you can log in with your reservation number to amend the selected iPhone model and M1 Shop.
- I did not reserve the iPhone 4 with M1. Can I still purchase from any M1 Shops when iPhone 4 is launched?
Due to limited stocks, only customers who produce the relevant eDM will be able to purchase iPhone 4. You may wish to reserve your iPhone 4 online with M1 and we will inform you when new stocks arrive.
