Terms & Conditions
1. Only existing (active) postpaid customers of M1 are eligible to participate in this M1 Recommend-a-Friend Online Programme.
2. Your friends must be at least 16 years of age for mobile phone service at the time of application.
3. Recommend-a-Friend Online Program is targeted for NEW line connections only. Handset upgrade without purchase of line, Supplementary, Corporate Plans and Change of Bill Plans within 3 months of new line connection are not eligible under this programme.
4. All recommendations must go through M1 Recommend-a-Friend Online Programme before the new line connection to qualify for the reward.
5. M1 Customer Service Officer will contact your friend within 3 working days.
6. If you and another person recommend the same friend, we will reward you or the other person based on a first-come-first-serve basis when that friend subscribes to an M1 line.
7. You will be entitled to the reward if your friend subscribes to an M1 line within 40 days from the recommendation date.
8. Once your friend signs up a new line, you shall be notified in 1 - 2 months' time on the reward redemption accordingly. Failing which, please contact our 24 hr customer service at 1627 to check the status. You must be an active post-paid customer to claim your reward.
9. The rewards are subject to change in the event that a participating partner is not able to supply the goods or services. We reserve the right to replace the reward with another of equivalent value.
10. Your friend is bound by and must observe and comply with M1’s General Terms and Conditions as well as such other terms and conditions as agreed or accepted by him/her.
