Local Direct Connect (LDC) allows both M1 customers and overseas visitors roaming in Singapore to stay connected at a lower cost. As LDC calls are contained within the M1 network, IDD charges are waived thus making calls cheaper for both caller and recipient.

M1 customers can also make LDC calls to visiting roamers who have logged on to the M1 network. Inbound roamers can also make and receive LDC calls among themselves as long as both caller and recipient are logged onto M1's network.
