For DBS/POSB iBanking, simply log in to webpage, select Payment Services - Add/Change GIRO Arrangement. GIRO application will be approved in 3 working days.
Apply through AXS Stations, simply tap on DBS/POSB icon , select Services - Apply for GIRO - M1 Limited. M1 customers with MayBank accounts can settle M1 bills through the MayBank ATM, Autophone or Internet Banking services.
DBS/POSB ATM, Autophone Internet Banking & Internet Kiosk
M1 customers with DBS/POSB accounts can settle M1 bills through the DBS/POSB ATM, Autophone or Internet Banking, or Internet Kiosks.
Self Automated Machines (SAM)
With your ATM card, you can pay your M1 bills via any of the 77 Singapore Post Self Automated Machines available throughout Singapore.
AXS Stations
Pay your M1 bill via the AXS Stations located throughout Singapore. Simply bring along your Cash Card/ ATM card and your M1 bill.
Virtual Post (vPost) - This payment mode is temporarily not available, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
You can initiate payment of your M1 bill direct from your bank account via vPost. Just sign a one-time GIRO-on-demand application form with SingPost to enjoy this service with Singapore Post.
M1 Internet Bill Payment
Bill payment can now be made via M1 website at your convenience. Simply logon to Manage My Account now to pay your M1 bills using credit cards. No registration is required!
OCBC ATM, Autophone & Internet Banking
M1 customers with OCBC accounts can settle M1 bills through OCBC's ATM, Autophone or Internet Banking services. To apply for these services, just sign up at any OCBC branch.
HSBC Autophone & Internet Banking
M1 customers with HSBC accounts can settle M1 bills through their Autophone or Internet Banking service.
Standard Chartered Internet Banking
M1 customers with Standard Chartered accounts can settle M1 bills through their Internet Banking service.
Citibank Internet Payment
M1 customers with Citibank's MaxiSave, Ready Credit, Checking, Savings or Money Market Account can settle M1 bills through their CitiDirect Internet Banking Service. To apply, just sign up for this service with Citibank or call 1800-225 5225.
UOB Autophone & Internet Banking
M1 customers with UOB accounts can settle M1 bills through their Autophone or Internet Banking service. To apply, just sign up for this service at any UOB branch.
State Bank of India Internet Banking
M1 customers with State Bank of India accounts can settle M1 bills through their Internet Banking Service.
iNETS Kiosk Machine or iNETS mobile

Singapore Post Offices
Cheque, cash, NETS and/or cashcard payment can be made at any of the Post Offices in Singapore. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Singapore Post Ltd. Please bring along your M1 bill when making payment.
Cheque or Credit Card by Post
Cheque or Credit Card payments can be made by post to the PO Box address using the self-addressed envelope provided. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to M1 Limited. Please write your M1 account number(s) on the reverse side of your cheque and enclose the payment slip. Please state the amount to be credited for each account if payment is for more than one account. Please countersign if there is any alteration on the payment slip for credit card Payment.
Payment at M1 Customer Service Centres or M1 Shops
Cheque, cash, NETS and/or credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard & AMEX) can be made at any M1 Customer Service Centre or M1 Shops. Please bring along your M1 bill when making payment. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to M1 Shop Pte Ltd. | | |
